Our mission is to alleviate the stress and anxiety which can accompany the loss of a loved one. 

 Our team has experienced this difficult time. Deciding what to keep and what to sell can be laborious 

but with our help and knowledge, you will get through it. We also provide this service for people downsizing or moving into their retirement home.



We offer you a complimentary one hour consultation. 

This will include a thorough walk-through of the house (and garden) to establish what you would like to accomplish, and the time needed to get the job done.  Homestead Estate Clearance has a licensed electrician (a registered firearms owner, able to dispose of firearms safely), home handyman, cleaners and gardeners on staff, all ready to provide the professional services needed to complete the tasks.  We will then provide a written estimate of costs.

Our contracts are on a fee for service basis.  Current hourly rates are available upon request.

Rosilind is an experienced administrative and financial manager with excellent organisational skills.  She has worked as an Office Manager in Parliament, a Business Administrator for Consumer NZ, and enjoys helping clients to achieve their goals.  She is originally from New York City but has made New Zealand her home since 1992.

Geraldine has applied her excellent organisational skills in many workplaces including the Human Rights Commission and the Auckland Museum Library. She is an experienced archivist and has archived parliamentary collections for Members of Parliament both for the Turnbull Library and National Archives. She is an excellent communicator and, like Rosilind, enjoys helping people achieve their goals.
